For Buildings & Contents Insurance and Accident, Sickness & Unemployment Cover we usually offer products from a selected panel of providers. For all other general insurance products we act as Introducers only.

Mortgages

For Residential and Commercial purposes, we have up to date information and access to a wide range of Building Societies, Banks and Central Lenders' schemes from which we can draw to suit individual circumstances.

Commercial Mortgages are not regulated by the FSA. For commercial mortgages we act as introducers only.

Your property may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.

We do not normally charge a fee. However, if a fee is charged it would typically be a fee of 1% of the loan amount payable up front to cover the cost of the research and work involved. For example, if you borrow £100,000 we will charge you a fee of £1,000. We will refund to you any commission we receive from the lender.

Life assurance

Replacement Income in the event of Sickness, Accident and Disability.

Critical illness protection

Provides a Cash Lump Sum on diagnosis of specified serious illness such as some forms of heart attack, stroke, cancer, etc. or total disability.

Business & keyperson protection

To protect a business from the effects of losing a Key Director or Key Employee through death or illness.
